Our Radio Website builder is the best way to create your radio station’s next website. We are committed to continue improvements to this platform – this includes new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Your monthly subscription means you always have access to the latest features and support.
If you don’t already use Radio Websites for your station, take a look at all the features you can get access to for a simple monthly price. We’ve currently got around 50 stations on the site, and this is set to grow with a lot of stations interested in the product.
This article outlines the changes to the platform since our last update in April. Most of these updates are being progressively rolled out to stations throughout July.

Social Wall
Our new Social Wall feature allows you to display posts from your Facebook and Instagram accounts on your website. You can feature these posts on your homepage, a dedicated social media page, show pages, or really any type of page on your site.
You can link unlimited social media network accounts to your sites, and then selectively embed these social profiles on any page. This feature is intended as a replacement for using third party social wall embed products.
Currently we have two basic layouts, and over the coming months we’ll be looking to enhance this feature with additional layouts and options.

New Design Options
As a part of our commitment to providing our Stations with more customisation, we are beginning to roll out new design options.
Design variations are selectable per-component. For example, you may pick one style of header, another style of banner, and another style of card.
There are also global options such as shadows, rounded corners, etc.
All Design Variations are selectable in your site in the WordPress Customiser. You can find this in WordPress Admin > Appearance > Customiser > Theme Styles > Component Variations.
More design options will continue to roll out on an ongoing basis. Our aim is to create a variety of high quality components, so every station can have a unique look and feel.
SSO Logins
Users on our Premium Plans have access to Single Sign-On (SSO) – allowing seamless login via Microsoft or Google Accounts.
In Basic mode, you can easily allow logins via Microsoft and Google accounts. In Advanced mode, you can connect your own Azure AD or Google Cloud accounts for advanced authentication options.

Show Page Creation Tool
You may want to create individual pages for your shows. Radio Websites now has a tool to easily create Show Pages for the first time. These pages can contain important details relevant to each show, including:
- Show description
- Photos & biographies of presenters/DJs
- On-Demand / Podcast Audio
- Banner Ads for Show Sponsors
- Song History
- News / Blog Posts

Email Sending From Custom Domains
Our websites have always sent form submission emails from a generic address (something like [email protected]). This has enabled us to easily manage SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on your behalf so your emails have the highest chance of delivery.
Users on our Pro and Premium plans will now be able to customise the domain they send form emails from. With some basic DNS verification, you can configure your site to send emails from your website’s domain.
Advanced users can also leverage AWS SES to send emails from any domain name – so long as you can verify ownership via your own AWS account.

Program Guide Block
We have made some enhancements to our Program Guide Block. This block is used to display your program guide page. It has traditionally had three different layouts:
- Cards
- Avatars
- Grid
We have now added an option to enable a ‘Grid’ tab when you’re using the Card or Avatar layouts. This means you don’t need to create a 2nd page to display your Grid.
We have also added options to enable/disable each tab.

Group Block: Viewport Targeting
Sometimes you need to hide or show content based on the user’s screen size.
When you’re using a Group block, look for the new ‘Viewport Visibility’ dropdown. This allows you to hide content based on the user’s screen size.
Group blocks are a container for other types of blocks, so this change means you can how hide/show any content based on viewport size.
Other Changes
Performance Enhancements
We are rolling out a number of performance enhancements across all sites:
- Third party systems (Omny Studio and AMRAP Pages) are now pre-emptively cached. This means page loads should never trigger a refresh of this data, and thus you shouldn’t have slow page loads as a result of third party systems.
- All pages now have a short-lived page cache, with automatic cache purging when content is updated.
- We are now leveraging the Cloudflare CDN to ensure assets are delivered in record time to your users.
- We are closely monitoring site performance metrics and tuning parameters as appropriate. We have a lot of work in progress to further improve the speed of your site.
Podcast Grid Block – iHeart Radio Button
The Podcast Grid Block now has an optional iHeart Podcasts button. This joins the existing Apple, Google, Spotify and Website buttons.
Default Page & Post Templates
If you don’t want to use the Sidebar on your site, you can now choose a default templates for Pages and Posts.
These settings are found in WordPress Admin > Appearance > Customiser > Theme Styles > Templates.
Currently, the three options are:
- Default (Content with Sidebar)
- Full Width Narrow
- Full Width
Page Banners – Checkbox to Disable Per-Page
If you wish to have a Featured Image on your page, but not display it within the automatic page Banner, then you can use the ‘Disable Banner’ checkbox in the sidebar of your Page editor.
Gravity Forms – Find Form Embeds
If you want to find which page your Gravity Form is embedded on, the new ‘Embedded Pages/Posts’ tab in Gravity Forms will indicate this to you. It also shows template locations (such as the footer email signup form, or donation form).
Gravity Forms – Currency Selection Per Form
If you wish to accept payments in multiple currencies, you can now go to Form Settings and select a specific currency for your form.
AMRAP Pages Login Button in Footer
If you use AMRAP Pages on your site, any page that embeds an AMRAP Pages linked Block (e.g. Description or Playlist blocks) will now have an ‘AMRAP Pages Login’ button in the footer.
AMRAP Pages Show Description iFrames
The AMRAP Pages Show Description block now accepts iFrame embeds.
